3.1 14-Day Comfort Check
We want your child to love their new gear. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the sizing is incorrect for your child, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective films intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hats: Any headwear that has been worn or washed.
- Worn Eyewear: Sunglasses showing signs of scratches or outdoor use.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during “End of Summer” clearance events.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality control team in Pakistan verifies the return at our distribution hub.
